01

Build the foundation

Define your customer, business model, and assumptions to test. Use linked evidence and market or acquisition calculations to make your reasoning visible.

02

Understand your finances

Build feasibility step by step, then a 36-month forecast. Review recorded monthly results separately and reconcile income, cash flow, and balance sheet figures.

03

Run a useful review

Review readiness, KPIs, goals, and blockers. Turn next steps into assigned tasks and prepare monthly or quarterly narratives.

04

Prepare the next investor update

Review source changes and the report preview. Publish only the content you approve, then assign and answer investor questions.

STAY READY, WEEK AFTER WEEK

A routine that keeps your story current.

Weekly reviews connect your results to the next decision. Monthly financial reviews keep your investor updates grounded.

  1. 01

    Record progress

Add customer findings, weekly metrics, and the results behind your goals.

  2. 02

    Review what changed

Check gaps, changed assumptions, and your financial plan. Choose the next actions.

  3. 03

    Approve your report

Review the pitch, figures, and changes before publishing an investor update.

  4. 04

    Keep the conversation moving

Answer investor questions, assign follow-up, and use the next review to close the loop.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Clear answers. Fewer unknowns.

What will I have after getting started?

A startup profile, a view of your readiness gaps, and a clear next action. Add customer evidence, financial inputs, and progress over time to prepare your investor report.

Does investment readiness mean I will get funded?

No. Fountra helps you prepare evidence and communicate clearly. Investor fit and investment decisions depend on the business, the investor, and their own review.

Will private edits change a shared report?

No. Workspace edits stay private until you approve publication. A fixed link keeps its original report; a latest-approved link shows a new version only after you publish it. External Google Slides content can change independently.

Does an investor need a Fountra account?

An unrestricted report link opens without an account. A recipient-restricted room requires sign-in with the invited verified email. Managing a fund requires a separate fund workspace.

Is AI or conversational intake available?

Core planning and reporting work without AI. AI advice requires OpenAI activation. Telegram and ChatGPT integrations, including conversational intake, remain deferred.

Can I use my existing pitch deck?

Yes. Use the Fountra pitch builder, provide a public Google Slides link, or upload a pitch PDF. Investors can view the report and download or print individual tabs.
