FOUNTRA EARLY PREVIEW

Your information. Clear controls.

How information is used in the current Fountra prototype, and how you control what you share.

01

Account and workspace information

Fountra stores account details and the startup or fund records you submit so you can sign in, collaborate, calculate plans, and prepare reports. Vercel hosts the application; Neon provides the database and authentication.

02

Sharing and permissions

Workspace access follows membership roles. You choose the content of an investor report and its access settings. Anyone holding an unrestricted link can view it. Restricted rooms require the invited verified email. Fund access follows founder-approved sharing scope.

03

Published and downloaded copies

Publications preserve approved content. Revoking or expiring a link blocks future access through that link, but cannot recall downloads or screenshots. Public Google Slides links remain controlled by their owner and Google’s sharing settings.

04

Optional providers

OpenAI advice, ZeptoMail delivery, and Cloudflare R2 private storage require activation. If enabled, the relevant context, delivery information, or files are sent to those providers to perform the requested function. The current preview does not claim those services are active.

05

Cookies, local storage, and measurement

Cookies support sign-in and your language choice. The installed app caches public assets, not private API or investor-report responses. Basic funnel events record an action name and interface language without account details, document content, or sharing tokens; hosting logs may also contain request metadata.

06

Export, closure, and questions

Use account or workspace controls to export records and manage membership. Account closure does not promise immediate erasure from every system; identity-provider deletion and retained shared records may need follow-up. Contact info@i4solutions.uz for access, correction, or deletion questions.
