01

The business behind the pitch

Start with the company, team, and pitch. Use a built-in deck, public Google Slides, or an uploaded PDF.

02

Results with context

Explore ten completed weeks of KPIs, separate month-by-month results, and expected versus actual goal progress. Switch between charts and tables.

03

Financials you can inspect

Read twelve-month income, cash flow, and balance sheet views. Forecasts and recorded results are identified separately; missing inputs remain visible.

04

A focused conversation

Ask questions against the report, revisit approved publication history where available, and download individual sections or a report pack.

YOUR APPROVAL. YOUR CONTROL.

Your work stays private until you share it.

01

Choose how the link behaves

Keep a fixed approved report, or use one link that shows each new version you explicitly approve.

02

Choose who can open it

Allow anyone holding the link, or restrict access to a recipient who signs in with a verified email.

03

Keep control of future access

Expire or revoke a link. Downloaded copies remain with the recipient; public Google Slides links have their own permissions.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Clear answers. Fewer unknowns.

What will I have after getting started?

A startup profile, a view of your readiness gaps, and a clear next action. Add customer evidence, financial inputs, and progress over time to prepare your investor report.

Does investment readiness mean I will get funded?

No. Fountra helps you prepare evidence and communicate clearly. Investor fit and investment decisions depend on the business, the investor, and their own review.

Will private edits change a shared report?

No. Workspace edits stay private until you approve publication. A fixed link keeps its original report; a latest-approved link shows a new version only after you publish it. External Google Slides content can change independently.

Does an investor need a Fountra account?

An unrestricted report link opens without an account. A recipient-restricted room requires sign-in with the invited verified email. Managing a fund requires a separate fund workspace.

Is AI or conversational intake available?

Core planning and reporting work without AI. AI advice requires OpenAI activation. Telegram and ChatGPT integrations, including conversational intake, remain deferred.

Can I use my existing pitch deck?

Yes. Use the Fountra pitch builder, provide a public Google Slides link, or upload a pitch PDF. Investors can view the report and download or print individual tabs.
