Account, access, content, sharing and responsible-use terms.

This User Agreement governs your use of Fountra, provided by I4Solutions LLC ("I4SOLUTIONS" MCHJ). By creating an account, you accept these account and service-use terms. Creating an account does not place a paid order.
Paid orders, payments, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Public Offer. The Privacy & data page explains how we process personal information.
About this pilot
Fountra helps founders prepare and maintain investment materials and helps investors review founder-approved information. The pilot has no subscription checkout. Features and availability may change during testing.
Your account & records
Use an account you control and keep its credentials private. Only add information you are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to process it to provide the service.
Sharing
Review the selected content and access settings before publishing. An unrestricted link can be opened by anyone holding it. Revocation blocks future access but cannot recall downloads or change permissions on external documents.
Planning & investment
Financial outputs depend on the inputs and calculation conventions you review. Forecasts are estimates. AI suggestions require human review. Fountra does not provide investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and preparation does not guarantee funding.
Connected agents
These terms also apply when you access Fountra through ChatGPT or another connected agent. You choose the workspace and permissions at connection. Review proposed record changes and investor drafts in Fountra before accepting or publishing them. The agent service has its own terms and usage limits. Connecting Fountra does not connect your other accounts or create an unattended reporting schedule.
Responsible use
Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent others, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. Access may be limited to investigate abuse or protect participants.
Leaving the pilot
Export your records before leaving. Transfer ownership before closing an account that owns a workspace or fund. Shared business history stays with that workspace; sign-in identity deletion can require a separate confirmation. Contact support if you need help.
Availability & support
This is an early pilot with no uptime or response-time guarantee. Keep copies of important records. Report access problems and product feedback to support without including passwords, API keys, or confidential financial attachments.
